We specialize in supplying Parker-RACOR filtration products to Boating, Heavy Equipment, Commercial, Service Professionals and Do-It Yourself customers nationwide.
We offer carriage free delivery options within Germany on qualifying orders subject to the order value of 120.00 Euros or more. However, certain restrictions may apply for weight, delivery destination and/or dimensions.
We offer a selection of couriers for your online order based upon the order value, weight and dimensions. For small items or low-value orders we may use the Post office.
We will accept returns if the problem with your order is because of our mistake or you receive the wrong item. Our customer service team will review and process your request as soon as possible. Goods damaged in transit should be dealt with the courier.
At this time, for online shop orders, we only ship within Germany. However, in some circumstances it may be possible to ship outside Germany if you contact us by phone or email with your request.
If we receive your order before 2.00 PM and the product is in stock, we will ship your order the same day. If the product is out of stock or a special order item, we will let you know the estimated shipping date.
